Hello, I'm Lorenys Perez, a bilingual property management professional with over 20 years of experience in Colorado Springs, Colorado areas, and Central-South Florida. I began my career in construction, advancing from superintendent to project engineer, which provided a solid foundation for my transition into real estate and property management. After relocating to Colorado Springs, I have managed residential properties, corporate housing, and short-term rentals, continually finding inspiration in this dynamic industry.
As a certified travel agent, I also assist clients in planning their travel adventures, helping them explore the world while saving money.
